Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the wait-list registration pages, newsletters, and other pre-launch materials and communications (collectively, the “Pre-Launch Service”) made available by Ownsy Tokenization Technologies DMCC (“Ownsy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting your details to join the wait-list, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Pre-Launch Service.

1. User Eligibility and Representations

To join the wait-list, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Nature and Limitations of the Pre-Launch Service

Informational purpose only The Pre-Launch Service enables you to register interest and reserve a place in line for potential future access to our property-tokenisation platform (the “Platform”).

No financial promotion or offer Nothing in the Pre-Launch Service, on our website, or in any related communications constitutes: (i) an offer to sell, solicitation to purchase, or recommendation regarding securities, virtual assets, or any financial product; or (ii) financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Regulatory status disclosure Ownsy Tokenization Technologies DMCC is not presently licensed or regulated by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (“VARA”) or the Dubai Land Department (“DLD”). We are in the process of obtaining the necessary approvals. No public investment activity will occur unless and until the relevant approvals are secured.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times.
Keep your contact details updated so we can send relevant notifications, including Beta invitations or changes to these Terms.
Use the Pre-Launch Service solely for lawful, non-infringing purposes.

4. Ownership of Content and Permitted Use

All materials associated with the Pre-Launch Service—including trademarks, branding, text, graphics, and software—are owned by or licensed to Ownsy and protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Pre-Launch Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Communications and Notifications

By joining the wait-list, you consent to receiving emails regarding Ownsy’s development progress, Beta access opportunities, and related promotional updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, essential administrative updates (including changes to these Terms) may continue.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Pre-Launch Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ownsy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability, or availability. Ownsy does not warrant that:

(a) the Platform will launch;

(b) regulatory approvals will be obtained; or

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ownsy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the Pre-Launch Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed Ten UAE dirhams (AED 10).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ownsy and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Pre-Launch Service.

9. Amendments to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect 10 days after we notify wait-list members by email or publish a notice on our website. Continued use of the Pre-Launch Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. A separate, comprehensive set of Platform Terms will be issued prior to the commencement of the closed Beta.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
